COPILOT TRAINING
Microsoft 365 Copilot Training for Law Firms and Professional Services Firms
Microsoft 365 Copilot training for law firms and professional services firms should change how people work, not only show them where the buttons are. I help teams move from experimenting with Copilot to using it in the work they already do, and I take on that role as your AI implementation consultant.
Buying the licenses is the easy part. Changing habits is where the rollout earns its keep.
Licenses Alone Don't Change How People Work
You have Copilot, or you're about to adopt it. A few people use it often, others barely open it, and no one has oversight of the quality or volume of its use. This is common and expensive. When you understand how Copilot is used in your practice, your licensing spend becomes an investment because you have taken advantage of opportunities for efficiency.
Built for Teams Who Want It to Stick
Perhaps you have already invested in AI and offered self-directed training and generic prompt lists, but that hasn’t created the efficiency you are hoping for. What works is a hands-on method: real use cases, direct work with your team, and adjustment until Copilot is part of how the work gets done.

Built Around Your Team's Real Work
The engagement starts with an AI readiness assessment: where Copilot fits your firm's work today, where it doesn't yet, and which work should remain human. From there, I build workshops around roles, responsibilities, documents, meetings, and decisions, working across every level. We develop repeatable patterns directly with the people doing the tasks, then track progress throughout the engagement so the gains don't disappear when the workshop ends.
Automation decisions get the same scrutiny as the decision to keep a task human. Before we build habits around Copilot, we decide where it belongs in your firm, and where it doesn't.
A Relationship That Outlasts the Engagement
My clients keep me around. One firm has retained me three separate times, and my longest client relationship has run seven years. They trust that my judgment holds past a single deliverable. I bring that same standard to Copilot implementation. The goal isn't a burst of interest. It's a useful, secure way of working that continues after the engagement ends.

Human-Governed From the Beginning
Professional practices can't treat confidentiality, permissions, and ethical standards as an afterthought. Microsoft 365 Copilot works within the Microsoft environment your firm already manages and respects the access permissions already attached to your data. Prompts, responses, and Microsoft Graph data are not used to train foundation models.
The technology still needs rules. Every engagement and the training within it is human-governed and securely managed, with clear decisions about what Copilot should touch, what requires review, and what shouldn't be automated at all. That protects you from the two failure modes that most endanger AI rollouts: information exposed by ungoverned use, and a rollout that stalls, wasting the investment already made.
